\r\nThe Company issues the Integrated Report to deepen the understanding of the Group among stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. The report conveys the Group’s vision, business activities aimed at enhancing medium- to long-term corporate value, and its sustainability initiatives from both financial and non-financial perspectives.<\/p>\r\n\r\nIn the Integrated Report 2026, through messages from top management, the Company communicates the long-term target “Next GENESIS (Vision 300)” and the medium- to long-term management policies established under its Second Founding phase, which was launched to mark the 35th anniversary of its founding, as it works toward realizing its vision of becoming the top global integrated M&A company.
\r\n\r\nFurthermore, this year’s report features stakeholder engagement contents, including ACCOUNTING DAY 2026, held to strengthen collaboration with the Company’s network of accounting firms; a dialogue on the joint venture with Okinawa Bank as an example of collaboration with regional financial institutions; and an interview with a business owner who transferred their company through M&A.
