Purpose of a subsidiary in Indonesia<\/h4>\r\n
In April 2013 the Nihon M&A Center Holdings Group established an overseas support office within the Company to address the demand for cross-border M&A deals associated with the growing numbers of Japanese companies expanding overseas or selling off their overseas subsidiaries.
\r\nIn October 2019 the Company established a representative office in Indonesia, serving as a second base in the ASEAN region. The office helped us to gather information on cross-border M&As. With the new local subsidiary, we can now begin to conduct sales activities and provide services relating to business transfers and other matters directly in Indonesia. This will enable us to acquire more information and broker more cross-border M&A deals involving Japan, Indonesia, and other ASEAN countries.

\r\nWith the establishment of this Indonesian subsidiary, our Group can now provide support for cross-border M&As in the ASEAN region through five local subsidiaries, in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.<\/p>\r\n
