\r\nThe successor absence rate in Okinawa Prefecture is 65.3%, which is the fifth highest in the country*, and the successor issue is considered to have a significant impact on the future of the local society and economy. The purpose of this collaboration between the two companies is to address the issues surrounding business successors and support growth strategies, thereby contributing to the realization and development of a sustainable local community.
\r\n\r\nIn July 2023, the Company established a joint venture called "NOBUNAGA Succession Inc." with Juroku Financial Group, Inc., and in April 2024, it also established another joint venture called "Kyushu M&A Advisors Co., Ltd." in collaboration with The Higo Bank, Ltd. and E.SUN Venture Capital Co., Ltd. This aims to strengthen cooperation with regional financial institutions while supporting M&A for small and medium-sized enterprises.
