\r\nNihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo \/ President: Suguru Miyake \/ URL: https:\/\/www.nihon-ma.co.jp\/en\/<\/a>) today announces a launch of a Thailand subsidiary, Nihon M&A Center (Thailand) Co., LTD, which commenced its operations on January 23, 2024.

Purpose<\/h5>\r\n

\r\nIn order to respond to the increasing number of cross-border M&A projects related to the overseas expansion of Japanese companies and the sale of overseas subsidiaries, Nihon M&A Center Group (hereinafter, the Group) has established Overseas Support Office in April 2013. In Thailand, the Group opened a representative office in November 2021 as its fifth base in ASEAN, collecting information on cross-border M&A projects. With the establishment of a local subsidiary, the Group will begin its business activities and service provision in Thailand, aiming to further increase the volume of information as well as the number of successful cross-border M&A projects between Japan, Thailand, and other ASEAN countries.\r\n
\r\nAfter opening its first overseas office in Singapore in April 2016 (commenced its operations as a subsidiary in January 2022), the Group successively established a representative office in Indonesia in October 2019, a subsidiary in Vietnam in February 2020, and a representative office in Malaysia in March 2020 (commenced its operations as a subsidiary in December 2021), enhancing its support structure for cross-border M&A project.
