\r\nAs announced on January 24 as \u201cPostponement of Online IR Presentation (FY2021-Q3)\u201d, to ensure the accuracy of the investigation on attribution period of sales at Nihon M&A Center Inc., the Company will postpone the third quarter financial results announcement for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, as well as its online IR presentation, to February 14, 2022.<\/strong>
\r\nIn order to have as many institutional investors and security analysts as possible attend, the Company scheduled an additional IR presentation on February 15, 2022.<\/strong>

\r\nIn light of the current circumstances due to the Covid-19, the presentation will be broadcast live.<\/strong>\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n*Attendance will be restricted to the foregoing as there is an upper limit on the number of communication lines available. The Company may stop accepting applications if the number of applications received reaches this upper limit.
